Laminating stage
The silicon rubber sheet adopts an anti-wrinkle design to prolong the service life of the rubber plate; The silicon rubber sheet is fixed with a quick clamp, and the pull rod is tensioned to shorten the replacement time.
The pneumatic lifting method makes the system stable and achieved the goal of lower energy consumption, cleanliness and time-saving.
The conveying mechanism adopts chain transmission, gear motor drive, transducer and encoder control, and photoelectric sensor positioning.
A protective net door is set on the side of the host machine, which is convenient to open for rubber replacement, maintenance, cleaning and other operations.
Each chamber of the laminator can be used independently without mutual interference.
